The Healthiest Daily Cleanse

After a weekend of hotdogs, hamburgers, cake and wine I found myself very tired and extremely bloated. One of my friends told me about her daily cleanse! I’m now on day 2 and suddenly have my energy back as well as my flat stomach…. So if anyone’s having lack of energy and motivation then I suggest adding this daily cleanse to your morning routine. Not only will it give you that extra boost of energy, it will rid your body of unwanted toxins and help you achieve that flat stomach.IMG_6393
Here’s what you’ll need:
-Half a cup of room temperature water
-One freshly squeezed lemon
-Half a cup of boiling water
-Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
-One tablespoon of honey

-stir all the ingredients together
-drink FIRST thing in the morning
-wait 30 minutes to one hour before eating.
