Week 2 cleanse

Hi guys! Because the dandelion root cleanse worked so well for me I decided to try it for a second week. I’m only on day 4 and the results are so incredible I just had to share. I’m so relieved I finally found a ‘cure’ to the water retention I hold in my stomach. I knew I didn’t want to use over the counter diuretics so after doing hours of research I’m very happy I discovered dandelion root. This cleanse is absolutely safe and very healthy for the body. It’s a natural diuretic ridding the body of excess water, toxins in the blood and liver, prevents inflammation and helps break down gluten in your body. I eat exactly the way I did before and unfortunately have not been able to work out for at least a month so this has been the perfect kick start to achieving my summer body! If you missed the ingredients here it is again:

*Distilled Water
*Dandelion root tea
*Unsweetened organic cranberry juice
*Lemon juice
Day#1 drink 60 ounces of water adding a bag of dandelion tea, 1 tablespoon of cranberry juice and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Repeat this for 7 or 14 days.
The only downside to this cleanse is be prepared to take lots of pee breaks.
